Blessed with a rare and beautifully clear blue sky, the familiar wooden deck was filled with the relaxed, easygoing energy of the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In one comfortable corner, a group of local men sat in a circle, chatting lively. Clearly a favorite spot on the deck, it always seems to be occupied by cheerful neighbors enjoying each other&#8217;s company. A short distance away, a young man sat quietly on his own, while further out, another man lay completely flat on his back on the wooden planks, sandals off, fully soaking in the serene afternoon. Meanwhile, another passerby casually strolled across the wooden expanse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nearby, an elderly man sat with his digital camera pointed straight up at the sky, carefully taking photos.
